When Real Life and Book Life Collide!

Aaaarggghhh! I just realized I put the name of my fictional law firm in the cozy mystery novella, The Friendly Murder, on my "real" resume. OMG!!! I seriously hope they don't look it up, because obviously it doesn't exist.
The book I am currently editing and hoping to have it published within the next couple of weeks does have some sim
ilarities to my own life. Joone, the main character, and I have both been divorced three times, are on the pudgy side with dark, frizzy hair, and we both worked at a large law firm in Portland. Ugh, I guess that's what happens when you identify with your character a bit too much.
What's next? Will I start trying to solve fictional crimes as I walk down the street peeking around corners? Will I forget my own name? Will I try finding the fabulous stores and cafes that only exist in my books? Only time will tell. Perhaps a nap and a snack is in order...
